Is it all to do with science or could it be a religious thing, eg. god created us. Discuss.....

Getting out is easy... You just tap your shoes three times while saying 'there's no place like CB'....
Of course you have to leave the shoes behind; but don't worry, CD will take care of them. I believe you leave extra quickly if they're Jimmy Choos.
science points more to "evolution" than the "god created us" theory
And we never return do we Jno?
Oh Rev, I'm disappointed in you. Are we really that bad? (Err ... maybe it's best you don't answer that). :o)
Naomi,

My comments here are all light hearted so no offence intended but you of all people know that a question on R&S is like a kid with a scab (sorry if that's a bit disgusting). You just can't leave it alone, you just have to keep going back for another pick.

Personally I love R&S and most of the posters in there even the ones that disagree with me but would you wish it upon Benny who I believe is still young and naiive?
You're quite right, Rev. To survive in R&S you have to be tough nuts (no, I didn't say nutters) like naomi and me. We are the SAS of reason with first-class intellectual weapons lined up against the sneaky IEDs of irrationalism. It should have been an easy victory years ago, but your Johnny Religionist is a stubborn chap, you know. They don't feel logic like we do. benny is best protected from such horrors.
