i know grusome, but hey i need to know, when going wee i wiped myself and a huge globyolm of jelly like stuff came out of my vagina , like a thick clear goo , freaked me out but is this just the vagina cleaning itself or maybe something else?

I don't know the word for it but it sounds like the natural lubricant that occurs around ovulation.

I don't know society but I do know that it it's clear and 'snotty' for about 3 days during ovulation it's normal.

ummmm/slinky.......quite correct.....it is called "vaginal mucous" quite normal and it may be at it's height during ovulation.

society...if it is not clear i.e yellow, it may denote a vaginal infection such as thrush.

Yes I get it every month, 2 weeks before my period. If it doesn't occur, I know I will miss a period that month. I was freaked by it too when it first happened, but a Gynaecologist said it was completely normal.

What you have is fertile mucus. It is quite normal and you are very lucky because you have lots. Fertile mucus is clear, stretchy and looks like raw egg white. This is part of the normal vaginal mucus discharge of your vagina. Cervical mucus changes during your cycle and it indicates fertile and non fertile days.
