Well you're welcome, you're allowed so just come over! Well you're in AB a lot of us are Brits.

So long as he/she doesn't wear a hoody, hang around in a gang, or be a vermin criminal eh Loosehead!?! :-p

Malanga - firstly - welcome to AB (answerbank).  Seconldy, I would advise you to think carefully about where in Britain you want to live.  Be cautious of the bright lights of London.  It is a wonderful city to visit, but very expensive to live there.

Do you want to work here?  If so, then use google to search for companies that might need people who have your skills.  Remember that GB is not part of the Schengen agreement, so you might need a VISA to live here for a long time.

Please consider Manchester as a base.  It is a wonderful city with great people, sport, music, shopping, theatre, art, restaurants, nightlife etc etc.  It is also a lot cheaper to live here than in London, so when you first arrive your savings will last longer!

I would say to search for a job first, then work out about where you will stay until you find a flat/house to live in.

Good luck!! :-)

You're an EU citizen so you won't need a visa or work permit, but do apply for a residence permit and register with the local police when you arrive. And try to get a job within 6 months or you could be asked to leave!

I work in Manchester so I agree with acw!

For practical information, take a look at "La tua Europa":

Buona fortuna!
