Amanda Knox ... NOW do you believe me?
25 Answers
On Friday 22 January
... the Prosecutor who brought the case against Amanda and Rafaelle
was convicted of corruption.
The Criminal convictions against him included ...
... corruption
... criminal abuse of power
... fabricating false evidence
... use of illegal methods to extract statements
He has been given a prison sentence.
And this is the person (sorry ... "convicted corrupt criminal") ...
... who presented the evidence against Amanda.
Italian juries will happily send an American to prison, but to corrupt one of their own law enforcers, he has got to be REALLY bad !!!!
So ... NOW do you believe me !!

Ahms ...
I don't have to do any better if that's the best you can come up with.
So ... the Prosecutor's criminal corruption was on different cases ...
... Oooooh, well that's okay then.
Sr Mignini has been convicted of criminal corruption. Do you live in a world where that make him a suitable person to prosecute high profile murder trials?
Next, Guede ...
Accepted elements from your descrirtion of Guede ...
Burglary + Knife + Absconding
Relevant elements from the Meredith murder ...
Uninvited entry + Knife + Absconding
I won't patronise you by pointing out the glaring similarities, or by reinding you that Guede had discharged his body fluid all over and inside Meredith.
Thirdly, when he was apprehended, why would he have caused a scene? Most criminals argue their innocence, rather than causing a scene which adds to their guilt.
Come on, Ahms ... is that the best you've got, LOL
But I'm sure Sr Mignini, the corrupt, criminal, abuser of power would be pleased to know that you, at least, retain faith in his integrity ... even if the Courts have sufficient lack of faith to give him a prison sentence.
