ford transit creaking since snow

hi i have a 1999 for transit van. since the snow and grit been put on the road the front end creaks when turning and going over bump it is like all the joint have dryed up. any idears on how to sort this problem?

joints dont really dry up, they are sealed unlike the old days when they were greased every so often.

Get a tin of WD40 or the likes, fire it up in the direction of the Shocks Tops N/S + OFF/S, Also the connecting links at the bottom of the Suspension.
