Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Its not quiet as basic as this. It comes up whenever i type somthing into google and/or any othersearch engine and try to click on the links, then all i do is click run diagnostics. But then i just cancel it about 1 second after its started and the page refreshes with what im after. It seems to not effect some pages but it does with most and its becoming a huge annoyance. Can any one tell me whats wrong with it or my computer?

On occasion i let it run the diganostics fully, but everytime it says no problem found and loads the page once iv cancled it.

Ok, iv figured out mine was a virse, only way i could remove it was i used the programme called Trojan Remover.....just downloaded a free 30 day trail off the internet and it worked perfectly......Just incase any one else is having this problem, you might wanna give it a go.
