The link doesn't work for me.

What is the clue for 2d please?
Thanks Mark .

Have been successful with your link.

Cheers K
Both 1D and 2D present difficulty. In fact the whole of the NW sector is harder than usual. Assume 12A is a type of needle and 14A is Oregon Trail. 5D could be Seepage but that would not work if 1A is Neapolitans. Any ideas?
1a is Piccinnists.
Isn't 1d "Pop goes the weasel"?
That's what I have TOMMO33.
I too am struggling with this section. If it's any help, I have packing needle for 12a.
Totally stuck on 2d, have been working on this for hours!
How about "Cocke Lorells Bote" for 2D. See http://www.bartleby.com/213/0404.html
But that disturbs HOOLY ............... ? Review?
20a Heedy - confirmed in Chambers
Thank you so much slow 'n easy and slaney. Helped enormously.

Sorry last night's link didn't work, but glad to see that was resolved and everyone got stuck in! That was a great find, slow 'n easy - I spent a lot of time getting nowhere on 2dn, despite assuming (correctly, as it turned out) there was a Ship of Fools connection.
