Landlord trouble
1 Answers
I'm currently renting and my cooker had to be disconnected on the 1st June due to a fire. The cooker is burnt out and therefore unusable. Is it the landlords responsibilty to replace the cooker? (The fire service found it to be faulty and no fault of mine). If so, what rights do I have to get this replaced?. I have a rolling monthly tenancy.
