What to buy my Boyfriend
Ok - I know this is an age old question and I know that i should know him better than anyone and shouldn't have to ask complete strangers... but... I really want to get him something special - but it can't break the bank - and I am looking for inspiration.
He will be turing 23. he like movies, gadgets, unusual artifacts etc... typical bloke stuff. I want to get something meaningful and not just a silly gadget which is cool for a mere few moments... and something not that typical at all !
any ideas of that special something I could buy are most welcome! Thanks

I did a Lotus Elise day and subsequently treated my daughter to the same (she's 22) and it's something neither of us will ever forget. They do loads of other stuff as well. If you're interested,
OK - I have to thank sod_the_m25 for their response, it made me laugh! .... it's a great idea... however, it is so great he's already had one... 2 actually. He's a mad keen driver and for his 21st his mom and dad got him a racing day at silverstone which involved a lotus elise and others and I also arranged such a day for him in a rally car! since these lovely days out, he has managed to acquire enough points on his (young driver) licence to have it revoked! (thats why I laughed!). Thanks though, it was the perfect kind of answer!
nuoyg - when was the last time you went to that shop?
I only ask because that shop was originally the Discovery Store, but they wern't doing well so they rebranded themselves nationally and reopened as 'Must Have IT' or IT as there logo states.
It didn't work however, and all the ones near me and by my parents closed down not long after christmas. (around feb i think) but i did used to like that shop. it may have harvested some good boyfriend products - he was always keen on their X-mods !
thanks for your help though... i will keep up the search
hey grannyg, thats not a bad idea! It was not what I was thinking of at all really, but now you come to mention it... He travels a lot with his work, so it would be perfect really. I could even get the back engraved with a personal little message!
THANKS !! (p.s - I think I'll go with a silver one - he's not the gold wearing type)
