The Welsh Secretary should be the one to be ashamed of himself for saying that we should be tolerant of this type of behaviour. It is against the law to use and abuse women whatever the culture and creed of the man concerned and and should not be tolerated under any circumstances. Well done Mr Davis for having the courage to speak out.
