Hello all --
Hubby and I had a party yesterday that was catered. We picked up the food at 2:30 since the shop closed at 3. As no-one was ready to eat yet, I kept it in the oven on warm....put out the food in the air-conditoned dining room around 4 and left it until around 6 or so but no later than 6:30. After that it all went straight into the fridge. There are tons of leftovers that I would hate to throw away but I'm a bit neurotic about food. Is this food safe to continue eating? Thanks in advance...oh, it was chicken piccata, sausage and peppers, lasagna, stuffed mushrooms, etc. if that makes a difference...thanks again.
