have been fined £100,000,banned for 6 months and only allowed to drive a Reliant
Robin for a further 6 months after re-taking his test.

his legal team have launched an appeal against it and his barrister asked for 21 days to pay the fine and it was granted! it must be loose change to him.

i'm not entirely sure why the law should vary depending on your income.

do you think unemployed people causing the same offence should be given a £5 fine and banned for a few days then ?

Its just a p**s in the ocean to him, and he can afford a driver to ferry him about so its no punishment to him at all. Probably the Judge didn't know him anyway. Its a Joke. (on us)
