I've just had a reply to this message sent from my ebay account earlier today. I sent this email to a user regarding an item:

"In the 'item description' you have stated "item can be pick up or recorded service at £2.50" but under the "postage & packaging" (P&P) section it reads "Dispatches to: Will arrange for local pickup only (no posting).". So which is it? collection only or delivered via the postal service at an extra cost of £2.50?
I would appreciate it if you could get back to be, obviously before the item has finished.
Thanks in advance,
Dizmo"

I received a reply about 5 minutes ago and I honestly don't know whether to cry or e-slap the person. The reply is below:

"hi,
its free for collection or 2.5 by http://postit would be clear.thanks
iMail"

What is wrong with people? why can they not put a sentence together? My English isn't amazing but at least I make sense (most of the time).

I understand people make spelling errors. I have done in the text above but still it doesn't explain as to how, or why people are unable to form simple sentences.
