Does anyone know who the best (free) horse racing tipster is. Thanks.

you're not going to find one, they sell you info its how they make their money (my ex is one) although they often give free trials

And if anyone knew what horse was going to win a race, why would they share this info? Surely, they would put a fat bet on and not tell a soul to keep the odds high.
