Lolly Ice With Blue Ice Cream

Does anyone remember what the lolly ices were called that you could get from the ice cream van that had blue ice cream covered in red ice and the top half covered in chocolate with coloured sprinkle things in it?
It had blue ice cream on a stick, then covering the ice cream was a thin layer of strawberry flavoured ice (like the Fab's ice but thinner and pinker) and at the top there was thin chocolate with little multicoloured bits in it (but not loads like a Fab and they were chunkier).

Is it not the older version of the fab lolly, they have changed it so many times over the past 10 years or so. How long ago was this Jaginho?
