Firefox/Wikipedia sound files

Can anyone tell me why I am unable to play sounds from Wikipedia in (current) Firefox but I can in Explorer (which I prefer not to use) ?

Download and install the klite codec pack and you should be able to play pretty much any media files without problems

(you can unselect the option to install media player classic during the install, keep everything else as default settings)

Thanks but that's what I already have installed and up to date (including OggVorbis compatibility) I've used k-lite for years, this is the first time it's played up - and (as I mentioned earlier) it plays ok in Explorer -weird, I'm wondering if there are issues with Firefox (my version of that is also bang up to date).
