has anyone got a recipe for a mild coronation chicken, I say mild because i know there is curry powder in. and whar does one have with it, rice?

If you have any left over, let me know, it sounds lovely and I'm getting peckish!
Curry paste is often easier as some curry powders stay gritty in the mayo.
nice on a jacket potato
1 part apricot jam, 2 parts korma curry powder, and then add the mayo.
Whist it's not a recipe, there's a luxury coronation chicken spread to be found amongst pastes in branches of Morrisons that's gorgeous. It's lovely spread on bread.
I always add mango chutney, finely chopped dried apricots and sultanas to the mayo. Lots of different curry powders and pastes around so choose a couple of mild ones.


Serve on top of a jacket spud with Iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and spring onions on the side.
