My wheelbarrow tyre has gone flat and I thought I could perhaps try using a bicycle puncture repair kit but I've just noticed that the wheel doesn't have a valve. How would I pump it up and how was it inflated by the manufacturers in the first place?

you can buy some 'squirty gunk' (that seesm to be it's official name!?) from Halfords which you spray inside to seal it.

O.k., redman, I've just got the joke; bit slow today!
On a serious note and hopefully not too expensive, you could replace the whole Wheel with another which has a valve for inflating it.
Maybe a repair is possible as suggested by chelle7272
