In the opening scenes of last night's Emmerdale the snow was about 6 inches deep, yet after those first scenes, there was no evidence of snow for the rest of the programme.

You would have thought for continuity purposes, they would have re-filmed that short first scene section.

You should watch "Corrie" and "The Bill" for lack of continuity.

ahh but, Emmerdale village is on the leeward side and homefarm is on't tother side o't t'hill.
oh yes re-film ?? beggar the cost! never noticed the lack of snow myself after the first scenes
Can I just ask another question? In the opening title shots, is it a very high viaduct with a village underneath it or is it a low bridge with a scrapyard underneath?
