Sadly B00,I do know the names and can identify most of them easily.lol. It annoys me that the popular press seem to assume we are all thick and need to be 'talked' down to. It would not hurt them to type "an ornamental katana".... or tachi etc was used and then put the words samurai sword in brackets.

I do agree the idiots should have been locked up for longer for their crime and i'm glad the householder was found not guilty.

As I have said countless times before, I agree with the fact that you should be able to use force to ward off any intruder. I have no issue with this case (should it have gone to court - not sure, but the fact that he was acquitted seems to be the right one) other than what has already been mentioned - a too light sentence for the perpetrators. I cannot believe that they are not doing any jail time.
