Spokesman for Toyota was on the news this morning. He referred to customers and their "recall experience" . Talk about putting a spin on things!

Maybe he's referring to customers recalling the experience immediately prior to the collision with the vehicle in front, with the brake pedal floored and the accelerator jammed down under the carpet?
