I have posted my problem with smilebox 3 times but got no useful answers, can anyone please help me?
prev My Epson SX 400 printer was purchased to replace a Cannon MP220.

Sorry - I've no idea what smilebox is. If you google it, there seem to be 7,492,128 (give or take the odd million) differenet products all called smilebox
