Mcafee updates

I get a Spamkiller update everyday from Mcafee - is this the ' norm ' or is there something more to this ? Am i just being paranoid ? I have the full Security suite , by the way .

Yes this is the norm mcafee automatically send update the .dat file which is the info for the mcafee search engine. and Spam along with virus and spyware can change daily.
