Alpharooms
I paid alpharooms on the 27th Dec 09 the full price of £1898 for flights to Turkey and up to now I have not recieved a Itinerary, I have spoken to them after long waits on the phone and sent about 10 emails and they always say they will get it sorted and sent, but never do.
It is ATOL protected but they can't help, any idea's please ?

This raises the question, when are you to travel ? Strictly speaking, there is no other requirement than to make it possible for you to travel as per the agreement. Other forms of payment do not give you right of recovery but any insurance to cover travel and/or purchases of services will. Presumably you know which airline is involved so you can cross-check with them to see whether the agent has booked you by asking the airline to check their records for the sector(s) and date(s) concerned.
Sorry, only just remembered I'd asked for further info regarding this!
Do you have the company, who you booked the tickets with, address? Maybe worth sending them a letter, recorded delivery (where someone has to sign for reciept of it)
The reason why im saying this that you really need to know the booking details ASAP Whilst you now know it's definitely been booked, you need to know that all the details are correct, for example the exact spellings of all your names etc. If any details are subsequently wrong when you get to check in, the best case scenario is that you'll have to pay admin charges to get them corrected, the very worse- you can't fly.
If you can get hold of the details well in advance of you flying you can more than likely get them to correct any errors free of charge, however the closer to the flight date you get, the chances will be slimmer and then none existant.
Good luck
