Indulge In Sweet Bliss: Send Chocolates...

a friend of mine had to take a day off sick today because her feet started swelling up yesterday and today they're so big she can't fit in to any shoes or sandals. It's obviously due to the heat as most of us suffer to some extent.
She says it feels like they're going to burst and would do anything it to go down. She's done cold foot baths and is constantly sitting with her feet raised up.
I've suggested Dandylion tea and Echinacea as it's diruretic but she doesn't like the taste. Anyone got any suggestions?

S-Carbs make the body retain fluid. If you want to travel without your legs and feet swelling lay off the carbs for several days before you travel and don't eat them while you are gone.
Swollen legs can also be a sign of liver problems and she should go have a liver enzyme test.
