Yet another Gordon Brown initiative. Whats the point of bring out these schemes if no follow up is done. Its just like when he handed £bns to the NHS and all it did was to put more money into staff wages and less hours for doctors.

In this case I believe they employed good accountants so I bet we won't see any money returned.

Methinks anotheoldgit has, in a cursory look at the article, confused Paxo with Clarkson. They are both called Jeremy, and if you squint a bit, Paxo looks sort of similar to the great Jezza.
