I have a job application which i need to post tomorrow morning, ahhh! Its for a recruitment consultant - i have never worked in recruitment - i have worked in about 3 diff financial services!! I'd love to work in recruitment - there's a section on the form which says - 'Please use the space provided to say why yopu want the position and what skills/ experience you havwe that would contribute to this role?' WHAT ON EARTH DO I PUT TO IMPRESS THEM!!!

(1) Interviewing people who want to go on your books so good communication skills and an ability to make quick judgements about a person's suitability is important (both in terms of their qualifications and personality/appearance). (2) Matching jobseekers to jobs which means you need to be meticulous and efficient (it literally involved trawling through CVs etc which is very dull). (3) Promoting your agencies to employers so being smart and confident is important.

I've already sent my application anyways, for the question I explained why i think i'd be good at the role covered my skills and experience - and explained how much im willing to work and train etc...........
Anyway its out of my hands - I feel i done as much as i can - so fingers crossed!!
