On reading posts this morning, I have noticed a lot of "Bill, have you received my email? "Baldy, I have left a message on your FB"......ect....etc.

If you all have FB connections, email addresses and telephone numbers why do you need AB?

Good point Sqad. I don't log into FB everyday and it is not linked to my business email addy (which I have to have open all the time) because I don't want my business email addy clogged up with crap from FB. Thus on the one occasion a user on here needed some legal advice pronto, they did post in law about emailing me on FB. I wouldn't have known for days otherwise.

But generally, I do agree.

Just to put the record straight - before today I have never ever left a FAO for any other aber on CB - and I don't check my emails or go on FB on a regular basis, like others - I spend my time going to and fro most days looking after my Mum who has dementia - just coming on CB for a little light relief - I don't belong to any gang or women's groups that swop emails about other abers.

Like Joy said, it may be just to catch the attention of someone who has been left a message.
