How to find a new contact number if a company has closed??

Im trying to find a contact telephone number for the below company. I have a letter from them dated last year with a 0800 contact number which is now "dead". Ive searched Google, 192.com and cant find them listed at all and therefore no contact number :

T:CAS
The Consumer Advisory Service
Leigh On Sea
SS9 3XA

Can anyone help?

would they have changed their name
or
simply become another section in something like trading standards ?
which has many different departments
