The middle of the week already. There are more snowdrops on show everyday, The receptionist at the doctor's surgery had a beautiful display of daffodils from her garden on the counter. Spring is getting closer.

I don't usually eat when i first get up, but i go by the old adage 'Feed a cold starve a fever' and so i have ust eaten two buttered asda tiger bread crispy rolls, washed down with a blackcurrent beechams hot lemon,well, hot blackcurrent i mean
