Hi all,

Being 39 and studying Business and Management what are my changes getting a job when finished. I have no practical experience, should i apply for a voluntary position..before finishing my course?

Apply everywhere you can possibly think of for work experience! Going through a big change must be pretty stressful - I wish you luck! Something to help the stress would be contacting your college careers centre and talking to them. They should have some good ideas.

PS- I wouldn't advise letting on to the (potential future) employers that you didn't think this through before enrolling on the course!
