Is it possible to replace white ceramic discs on handbasin taps (showing hot/cold)

I need replacement ceramic discs for the top of my handbasin taps. The suite is Shires Adelphi, and the disc says "1907 Traditional" as well as indicating whether it's hot or cold. I don't mind replacing them with something similar, or in white plastic - but can they be found??? Suggestions appreciated, please and thanks.

There are some on offer on eBay at the moment, although I don't know if they would fit your taps - search on "tap inserts" and you'll see a few. I hope this helps!
