Replacement covers

I have recently purchased a second hand futon. It's in great condition but I have 4 cats and the mattress is covered in that type of material cats hairs stick to and are very hard to remove. Can anyone tell me if you can buy extra covers for futon's? at the moment I am using an old quilt cover.

I bought a futon at a mattress store about a year ago and picked the color etc for the cover that I wanted.  I bet you could go to a mattress/bed store and ask the sales associate there and they would LOVE to help you!  Have fun!

Where do you live? because i had a large sofa bed and i have still got the cover which is a really good one -its slightly padded and multicoloured -it was an expensive sofa bed and the cover is too good to throw away-and i think its fairly pet proof too!

Thank you so much for your kind offer patriciather (what nice people you meet on AB) but I notice you put large and my futon is only a single. I appreciate your kindness.
