Non-published authors, writers willing to share

I love fiction of all kinds and would love the opportunity to read non-published works by hopeful authors.
Is there anywhere I can access this sort of work?

Try Authonomy - http://www.authonomy.com/ - it's a whole community of would-be writers trying to promote their novels. The ones that make the top 10 or so every month get read by the publishing company that owns the site and, if they're good enough, they get published.

You don't have to contribute any writing of your own, but you can read and critique other people's work. You bump them up the ratings by adding their books to your virtual bookshelf.
