Ik it's odd, but it's for a project and I don't know if it makes sence, so maybe an intelligent person could tell me if it does : A gash across her neck also, more evident on the left side, the right side just appeared abraded.

It just about makes sense in that it can be understood but it is not in the form of a proper sentence. I suggest it would be better to rewrite it as a proper sentence.
