What is the difference of a plasma and LCD televisions. Which one is the better - thanks for any answers.

Hi McFluff - a bit disappointing really - she wanted to be able to turn on and off subtitles on the remote control when suited her but I rang Sony agent and he said she would have to go into menu features etc to turn them off and on all the time - the other thing he said to try would be - text 888 - which she would be happy enough with. However I internetted and some people say this does not work. (I phoned her and she wont try it in case she knocks something off) I have suggested her returning the TV and getting her money back but she does not want the hassle. Thanks for enquiring McFluff.
