I am a single mum of 3 on an 18 mth suspended sentence with a 6 month electonic tagging as a result of pleading guilty to 3 counts of benefit fraud. I was wondering if it was possible to apply for a reduction to the 6 mth senetence.

No it is not possible.

The only way would have been tio appeal to the Crown Court against your sentence. This must be lodged within 21 days of being sentenced.

Provided the magistrates have sentenced you in accordance with their guidelines (and they would have said, in open court, if they had not and why) you have little chance of success.
