Where's the burning deck gone?

About an hour ago I dipped my toe in the water of scary CB by posting on the thread about 'the boy stood on the burning deck' but now the whole thread has completely disappeared. It's not on my profile and doesn't show up as a removed answer. Did I imagine it all?

Thanks for your answers- so who was it? I've looked at AB most days for the last couple of years and post in other sections. I know most of the regular names but can't for the life of me work out the good guys from the bad, who has multiple names, who used to be someone else etc etc so prefer to observe really!
