Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Would the answer be province and if so why/how?

I've been trying to decide that from your earlier posting.

Do you have either of the 2(?) down clues which would give more letters?

Sorry, just checked and it wasn't your posting.

It could be woodland if your p is wrong.As in wood pigeon.

I am certain the "p" is correct but I am tentative about the other letters P?O?I?C?

I think it must be PROVINCE as I have P?O?I?C?. Province as in TERRITORY but what is has to do with pigeons I relly don't know.

Is it a nickname for Northern Ireland? (clutching at straws)

Bibblebub your "straw clutch" is about as good as anybody else's with this one! As I can only get Province to fit I will go with it. Thanks everyone.

Pigeons are an emblem of Provence, province sounds like anglified pronunciation? (I'm also clutching at straws!).
