astra twin top
im hoping someone can help my with my dilema. im looking at buying a used astra twin top a 57 plate. i looked at one yesterday i love the car but the boot and the back seats seatbelts had mould on them, straight away i thought the roof of boot must be leaking, the salesman didnt have an answer for me, so no thank you and moved onto another garage today, with exactly the same problem but the mould was also in the car in between the two front seats.. The salesperson said this was very common in cars this time of year as they valet the cars as soon as they come in, and because they are unable to air the cars the moisture gets locked in the car and therefore gets a bit mouldy. Before i continue looking for my car can someone please advice me if this is true oram I being a vunerable lady buyer. Many thanks

Thank you all very much for advice. Just dont want to buy a car always back at the garage!! The car has a vauxhall waranty until september and the garage are going to give me a years waranty from september. Iv been doing some homework on this car and due to the boot not having any "gutters" if it has been raining or the car is wet . when you open the boot lid the water will drop in. I thought by opting for a tin lid would be better than a material one. as you can see im no further forward in making my decision!
