Personally about 10 minutes.
I can go at least 15...
17....
Any advance on 17?
I would make sure it's drunk by the third day.

UNless it's 'sparkles' as that has to be drunk all in one day.
I can handle flat wine :-)
White wine can be cooled in a fridge, but, once opened it is the view of most wine buffs, it should be consumed as soon as possible. I'll give it 20.( a bit over the top perhaps....but then I.ve got NoMercy....on my side, I hope.!!)
Not long in our house.
i usually have a bottle of wine open and have a glass most evenings. the bottle can sit there for 3 or 4 days, depending on how much and how often i've had some. it still tastes the same to me although i'm sure a wine buff would throw it out. if it tastes ok to you, then drink it.
fizz keeps it's fizz for a couple of days, it's not like lemonade which goes flat much quicker.
incidentally, i don't think it makes any difference whether it has a stopper on or not once it's opened.
Mine is ususally open up to 6 days not in the fridge and it's always OK on the 6th day
i think you can taste a change in it by the following day - there for I finish it in a oner!! ha ha. You may find it ok though up to the 3rd day. With regards to fizzy wine if you drop a spoon into it does keep the fizz until the next day - it honestly does work. Personally still find a bit of a bitter taste to the wine though.
