I have a recipe for Choc-oaties which goes like this...
8oz self raising flour
8oz sugar
8oz butter
5oz porridge oats
2oz cocoa
sultanas or raisins if desired.

mix together with the melted butter and cook at 180 or gas 4 for 15 minutes. My friend gave me this recipe and they are sooooo delicious, as I am on a bit of a healthy kick at the mo, sadly I think they may be rather calorific with all that butter and sugar....can anyone help???

how many does it make?? if you are only eating a quarter of an ounce of sugar and butter, that's not bad for a treat, if you are going to scoff the lot then...well you know that's not a good idea
As already said the calories are the butter and the sugar, portion control is youre best bet
Sounds delish, can I have some?
