Have you not bothered to read the book then? I read it when I was 12, 16, 27 and 42, so i suppose you have time yet.

i havent read the book because i came to a new school mid semester, and it would be a bother to read it. if you could help me just with Chapter 55 questions that would be great.

Is it too much of a bother to read just chapter 55? Or even just the three chapters you need to answer questions on? If you want the gist of the story, there's a synopsis here: http://en.wikipedia.o...ki/Great_expectations

It may be a good idea to spend a few evenings reading the book - it will be well worth it. It's very sad that you can't be bothered to read what is possibly the finest piece of English literature ever written.
