My broadband up until now has always been with Tiscali. But now TalkTalk has taken over. Does anyone have TalkTalk and if you do how do you rate them.? I'd much appreciate your views. Thanks. Marbert.

Hi Marbert - I too used to be with Tiscali up until late last year when TT took over, since then the connection has been shoddy and of a lower bandwith it seems, I finally lost connection on 23rd Jan and when i complained to TT all i got was some idian call centre who were utterly useless, I thought the technical support team through Tiscali were bad enough, but TT were no help at all, they promised all sorts to get me back connected and 20 days later still not connected, they were still taking money from my bank account too, so I up sticks and moved over to BT who have been brilliant so far.,...TT are liars, promising things to their customers they cannot keep, TalkTalk are hopeless, please move to another provider.
I think they're a pile of poo! Customer service is appalling, and understanding people from the Technical support is a joke.
yeah, it takes all your time and money making the call just to get some Asian asking you how you spell your name !!! And at 50p per minute plus.....its not cheap....TT told me someone would call me back at so and so time, but I waited and waited and guess what, no one called me, so I was endlessly phoning TT! ! ! You get what you pay for I guess, "TalkTalk is cheap" ! lol....
I actually couldn't agree more with Redrum and Stumpy. The people in their customer Call centres are unbelievably difficult to figure out what they are trying to say.
Last time I had a call from them, there was a kind of asian or indian man trying to speak to me,and I had to tell him to repeat what he had just said.Even then I couldn't really get what he was trying to say.Come on TalkTalk!!
Get some people who can speak properly, and have better articulation for goodness sake!! Although my Broadband connection is somewhat good,I must admit, although a bit slow at times!!
