hi to those that posted the other night in cb about the john freida hair products that were shown at a ridiculously low offer price - 3 for £2!!
just wondering if any of you have received your order yet, and did the price offer go through ok?

i ordered some too for me and me mum that night i saw your posts, and mine were delivered this morning.
the offer shouldve been 3 for 2 shouldnt it lol.
anyway, i queried the bill and i was given the same answer as sara, i was allowed to keep 9 of the items at the offer price and a refund is being sorted for the remainder.

i wonder how many peope had bought the stuff?!
im about to try the volumising shampoo and conditioner to see if its any good, for 66p each (sb £5.50 each!) i dont really mind lol

hiya sara
i called the customer services number on the receipt where it says 'if you have a query with your order' (not sure if it was the same number as the one you quoted?)
the woman who took my call said she is sorting out a refund for the amount i was over charged by, so i only end up paying £6 for 9 items at the offer price of £2 for 3.
i was happy enough with that.
is that how it was sorted for you sara, or are you saying you got a better deal out of it?

no, but that's what they originally offered me, too. I asked for the no. of their head office to make a complaint. I called the 0800 number and the lady was just lovely.. very apologetic, had to speak to her boss but authorised a full refund and I kept the goods. I'm not even sure if I've paid anything now!
give it a go, and tell them that you've seen online forums and that most people are posting that they've had full refunds. if they ask which forum say www.hotukdeals.com.
let me know how you get on, and good luck :o)

ok sara, will do, i will give them a ring lol.
i wasnt too bothered at the time really, i mean whats £6 plus £4 delivery, nothing is it.
but i will see what i can do - £10 might aswell be in my pocket than in theirs eh?!
tesco are generally good when an error has been made instore, they give you a full refund and let you keep the goods, so i suppose the same should apply to online errors too..
