Does America have the right to ignore international laws and carry out their military invasions, torture and imposing laws on other nations, (that U.S law is above all other laws)

Although it provides a lucrative income for so-called ' academic lawyers ', the fact is that a law can only be passed by a sovereign legal body with powers to enforce that law and impose any sanctions decreed by legislation against non-compliance.
There is no supra-national legislature in existence to enforce the behaviour of one country vis-a-vis another (please don't quote the UN), so no matter how reprehensible or otherwise the conduct of one country may be against another, the fact remains that if it is accordance with the laws of that country it is legal. Those who object must have recourse to other means, diplomatic or military, but not to the law.
