I'm getting ever so slightly annoyed at the brother who seems to have insurance for every posibility and has witnessed several incidents to which his brother has suffered a great deal, financially - yet still he sits there in his conservatory looking over to his brother, just get that last little dig in. Someone needs to tell him!!  :op

Fingers crossed....the next one will be for their twin funeral expenses! I have only ever used Direct Line once. It was ten years ago and when my car was broken into and unsuccessfully hotwired, they sent it to a scrapyard where it was stripped of all useful parts. When I suggested that I could've had it repaired for about fifty quid, they allowed me to retrieve it. By this time the stereo, speakers and all contents from the boot had mysteriously disappeared. I never spoke to the same Direct Line chimp once, and found them arrogant and unprofessional. Last time I insured with them... funnily enough.
