Hen night ideas - help!

I am trying to organise my friends hen night, but I don't know where to start! She doesn't want all the usual stuff like L plates, strippers, condoms ect.
What can I do to make it a night to remember for her, that preferably doesn't cost silly amounts of money?
dares? shots? fancy dress? what else?....

Think outside the box. Look at the time of year, location, numbers.
eg If theres 20 of you, in the summer, near the coast; then give waterskiing for the day a try. Or hire a pleasureboat/yacht for a booze cruise

Give us some more details and i'll let my imagination go into overdrive

If she doesn't want a traditional hen night, and I can see why, horrible tacky affairs! Would she still appreciate the "shots, fancy dress" idea?

How about something totally mad- like a paint balling session? If everyone pays for themselves it needn't be expensive- and a damn sight more fun than doing pub crawls, and then throwing your guts up in a gutter somewhere.

Will be mid May, not sure on numbers yet,am in process of messaging people to save the date, prob about 20ish tho, give or take. Will be en evening 'do' in town involving drinking! Thanks! x

I must be getting old, that now would be my idea of hell. A boozy night with a gaggle of pi$$ed up women cackling away.

I still prefer my paint balling idea :-(

I agree I can't think of anything worse and would much prefer, say, a PJ Party at someones house where you could all listen to music, reminisce, maybe get someone in to give manicures and pedicures..
am I boring..lol

Paintballing does sound like a fab idea, but not for this particular do. She just wants a night in town, I just want ideas so that it doesnt get dull and boring throughout the evening, just want to keep her entertained and for her to have a fab last night of freedom.

Ok then , i would suggest looking into a meal somewhere outside of the box. Try seeing if there is a German resturant anywhere nearby (Lots of fun food, and plenty of beer/scnapps/wine/jagermeister etc). From there have a vehicle pick you up from the resturant, and take you to a club where you have pre-booked and got yourself into the VIP area.

For the vehicle try something like partyhirebrigade.co.uk

Basically keep things organised yet fluid, make sure you can adapt the plan for early drunken vomiting, girly tantrums and male involvement.
