9 is Biba

Sorry, I do not know what 5 is, other than 8 blue U's assembled in a square !
Do you know logos 13, 14 , 16 and 25, also the famous face 46 - so famous that I cannot put a name to her ?

Thank you for your help, keyboardix. I had thought that 9 may be Biba but i cannot find it, so thought I must be wrong.
I do not know the face, but the others are kappa, fila, oxfam and aeroflot
