That poor guy who collapsed and died aged 64 in the front garden, who had years of torment at the hands of little sh!ts, his only crime was he had severe learning difficulties...poor man, then to see his aged Mother struggle out to stop them throwing stones at him was sickening, they even recorded it on their mobiles. so obviously the police have got hold of the mobile phone as it was shown on the News
I could shoot the bloody 'law makers' who say you can't discipline your kid, this is a shocking indictment of our society
<end of rant>

I am sure you are right Riss, we have gone to far to come back and make them stand up and be counted now
a few years ago now my Mum (now deceased) was enjoying pottering round her garden; she noticed some of the peonies by our gate had been deliberately decapitated and scattered on the ground .. far too many to have been done by wind etc. some small kids from down the street came up (outside the gate) and taunted her "have you lost your flowers missus" that sort of thing, so she politely said, "why, do you know anything about it - I think someone has been in our garden" and they replied "ha ha ha, you cant touch us" I was down our path before they could scatter and made a grab for one of them, who managed to evade me, but i chased the little scamp right down to his house door and although he had disappeared round the back I pounded on the door and told his mother if he trespassed in our garden and destroyed any more items I would come back and wallop him. And I meant it! He never came near again.
I notice that these scum seem to pick on people who can't defend themselves. I bet they would think twice if they knew the person would really fight back. It is time that complaints about these people taunting others were taken seriously, how will we get them to stop if there is no real deterrent.
This happened just round the corner from me I feel like going out there and taking these animals into a dark corner and giving them a good hiding alas I would end up in court for GBH I can remember getting a smack from a copper for breaking windows at a local mill and he said if I catch you doing this again I will take you home to your dad I never did that again we need to foster that time again
My Uncle has slapped a few kids in the street. He couldn't give two Mangetouts if they called the police and God help the parents if they knocked on his door. Jackthehat knows him...I wonder if she remembers what he's like....

Anyway...you can hit your kids. It's not illegal....
